App License & Usage
CookCraft is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may:
- Use the app to generate recipes, chat with AI for cooking assistance, and manage your personal recipe collection.
- Sync your recipes across Apple devices using iCloud.
- Access AI-powered cooking guidance and recipe recommendations.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Use the App for any commercial purposes or redistribute AI-generated content.
- Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to the App.
- Attempt to bypass security features like Apple App Attest verification.
This license is non-transferable and may be terminated if you violate these terms.
AI-Generated Content
- Recipe Accuracy: AI-generated recipes are suggestions based on general culinary knowledge. Always use your judgment and adjust for dietary needs or allergies.
- No Guarantees: While we strive for accuracy, cooking results may vary based on ingredients, equipment, and technique.
- Content Ownership: You own the recipes you create in CookCraft. AI-generated content is provided for your personal use.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
- Use the app to generate content that violates laws or promotes dangerous activities.
- Attempt to overload or disrupt our servers with excessive requests.
- Share false or misleading information about recipes or cooking methods.
Privacy & Data

Service Availability
- No Warranty: CookCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

- Rate Limits: AI chat and recipe generation may be rate-limited to ensure fair usage.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- CookCraft and its developers are not liable for any damages arising from app use.
- This includes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to any fees you paid for the app (currently $0).
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of CookCraft after changes means you accept the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or our website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable United States law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.
